They have a bunch of kids working there and they aren't pushy with the people in the bounce rooms but are very pushy with getting people out of the party rooms. They need to have adults working there not some teenagers. I will recommend the place for free bounce but not for birthday parties. When they set up the room they opened every pack of plates, napkins, I bought with out asking and they didn't even set everything up correctly. The staff was so sweet and very helpful. They set up everything for our birthday party! They kept me well informed the entire time of what was going on and when we were moving rooms etc. The day of my party there was a small issue that this on site and management team handled very well I thought or maybe it’s because we were the first party of the day but either way by the time we had our party they had it running smoothly. We had a blast! The staff were super helpful and was very well managed. They took care of everything. We would do our son's birthday party there again in a heartbeat!
