The staff made it so easy and had everything we needed was accommodated. The kids had a great time and it was an awesome experience!

We had a great experience for my daughter’s third birthday! The play area was clean and the staff was helpful. The kids loved it.
Tamera at the front desk was beyond rude, condescending and refused to get a manger on the phone when things kept going south and people kept changing their story. The party was meant to start at 1:30, they wouldn’t play the safety video until 1:37. They sent us in the first room late, sent us into the second room early. Highly recommend!! My son turned 4 and had a blast. Great for kids all ages and staff was awesome and efficient. Very happy with how easy the party went and everyone had a great rime
