This location is great, fun and exciting. I took my grandson when he was 3 and he absolutely loved it. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because of the birthday party policies....I really want to have my grandson party here, but if I have to cancel for whatever reason, I would still be responsible for paying for the party. No exceptions. Emergencies happen, life happens so I just didn't want to risk that. Other than that, I think its a GREAT place!!
Had my grandkids bday party here and it was nice.
I was told to arrive 15 minutes prior to our party time and to ask all of my guests to do the same because there was a required video to watch and forms to sign. We did exactly that. However, the employee who was supposed to open the business that day arrived extremely late—only about 5 minutes before our party was scheduled to begin. We just had my son's 6th birthday party here! What a blast. We come here a lot, my kids love it so much. We also had my daughter's 4th birthday party here last November. We never get tired of coming, the staff is the best, they are on top of everything, are super friendly and organized. We added the glow party and balloon drop and extra pizza order.
