but there were a few things that stood out to me, and I don’t feel like it was worth the money. Unfortunately, I probably won’t book there again. First, I asked about adding balloons multiple times—even three days prior—and I was assured it was fine. This location is great, fun and exciting. I took my grandson when he was 3 and he absolutely loved it. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because of the birthday party policies....I really want to have my grandson party here, but if I have to cancel for whatever reason, I would still be responsible for paying for the party. No exceptions. Emergencies happen, life happens so I just didn't want to risk that. Other than that, I think its a GREAT place!!
