I was here yesterday for my niece’s birthday party, and I honestly couldn’t help but notice how stressed out the staff was. There was entirely too much going on at once for only 3 employees, who looked super young, to be dealing with alone. There was constant chaos both at the front desk and in the back with the parties. I am not sure how this place has so many high reviews. The place smells like it is never cleaned. The staff is in regular clothing that doesn’t show they are employees. The bathrooms are nicer and cleaner at your local 7-11. Equipment and games are old, outdated and dirty. Some are broken. The two birthday parties I have attended have been so unorganized. The food is nasty and greasy. I don’t have one good thing to say.
