We had an issue with a party we booked, and when we reached out to clarify and reason with them, it escalated and we were met with screaming, cursing, and unbelievably unprofessional behavior. I booked an event through this company and it was a complete nightmare from start to finish. First of all, the customer service is nonexistent. I tried calling multiple times with important questions leading up to the event—not once did anyone answer the phone .
