We’ve been to a couple Birthday parties here and it’s always a great time! It’s nice that the kids get to be in different rooms and not just one the whole time. But my favorite part is that the staff handles everything for you. From the set up, to serving the food and cake to cleaning up the mess afterwards. The staff is always extremely friendly!
The staff was very friendly and welcoming. This was our 1st time at this particular pump it up. Our daughter's fav recently closed .I think this place is mainly used 4 private party's. U have to check in, pay and register online b4 arriving.
This was our second birthday party experience at pump it up! It’s the perfect amount of time and staff makes it a seamless and enjoyable experience.
They were all kind there and helpful through out the party. The kids had so much fun. I just wish there was a little more time. 😉
