Just celebrated my son’s 8th birthday at this location and he had a blast! The staff was super friendly and attentive. They took care of everything and were good on letting me know of time so that we had time to open gifts.
Staff was great especially Raymond I believe his name was. Great job!!
Went to a party on Saturday and never again. I didn’t notice one ADULT. I didn’t see one manager Saturday. Every person working looked like a teenager. The staff was not paying attention. We had to keep redirecting her and asking for assistance. Noticed a bug in one of the bug houses. The bounce houses are FILTHY. Floors are filthy. Boys bathroom were down. I will say that I have booked several times and attended several parties but this last time was very different. It was really disorganized from the check in process. Most of the workers seemed to be very young. I love the experience of everything being planned out for you and only needing to bring the cake and decorations. When our kids got to the second room we found a few large dead roaches in the bounce houses. I am wondering if the houses get cleaned often. The staff were respectful, so kind and helpful. Everything went amazing and I have never had a stress free party like this one. Thank y’all so much! We will be planning more birthday parties here!
