Bradley was very thorough and explained everything. This was my first visit and I'm very happy with the whole experience.
Marie-Louise firstly listened to my complete story about my issue, took notes & asked me questions to clarify certain points. Did tests to check range of movement & nerve responses. Then explained what she thought & how she intended to treat the issue on this occasion & what she would do at the next appointment. Then after consultation with me, treated my most significant issue with the intention of getting to the less significant issues at the next appointment. She was very thorough, caring & helpful.
Physio on time for appt. Thorough assessment. Clear explanation of condition. Clear instructions re exercise. Pain relief after treatment at appointment.
I have been going to Pumicestone Physio for years and I can’t rate them highly enough. Any niggle I’ve had in my body they seem to fix it in one or two (rarely) sessions. The introduction of the remedial massage is also a great positive.
