Frank Puma Accounting has made the same error on our taxes 2 years in a row causing us to owe the IRS. Definitely does not honor the the "error free guarantee". I have since found a new tax preparer who has done our taxes correctly. When you pay a tax preparer a fee your taxes should be done right. Completely disgusted with this place!
Professional and welcoming atmosphere. My tax preparer had a wealth of knowledge and I could tell that he genuinely cared about us and our family. I will never file myself using TurboTax or HR Block ever again.
