I saw Haley 3 weeks ago for tendonitis in my right ankle/foot that occurred after a long and uneven hike. She did a thorough assessment and quickly isolated the issue. My treatment with her included dry needling and recommendations for exercises and inserts for my shoes. I had significant relief after my first session and then worked on the exercises and implementing her recommendations. I did a strenuous 3 hour hike yesterday in the mud and have no ankle pain! Thank you Pulse PT & Performance. Highly Recommended!

I absolutely love working with Haley. I had a grade 3 separated AC. She was very mindful of the importance of physical activity in my life. Kept up with all races on my calendar. And was always available for any questions. I love the dry needling and would recommend it to anyone with tight muscles.

I’ve seen Haley for few months now to work on increasing my cognitive abilities and vision post Covid. I come with a list of questions each time and she addresses each one systematically. She is always willing to go the extra mile to make sure I understand how to keep progressing towards full recovery! Thank you Haley for providing me with the tools to take care of my body!
