On 6/20/2025 I visited the East Henrietta location for pain and swelling around my eye area. It hurt a lot worse than it looked, so I was nervous going in that I wasn’t going to be taken very seriously. A FNP-C named Marc Herbert assisted me that day. I was honestly very impressed with the kindness, amount of information and care I received. The woman at the front desk who checked me in was also equally just as kind, but unfortunately I did not catch her name.
I have always received the best care at this RRH UC! From the recreception(s) , usually is Christen, to the Techs, PA's, MD's, DO's. Very professional, caring and intelligent. Longest wait 10 minuets.The atmosphere is calm and the center is always clean.
Walking in, a secretary greeted me immediately, with such a kind demeanor. As we discussed the reason for the visit, and patient information, we also commenced in pleasant conversation. The wait to see a doctor was slightly long, but there is a comfortable waiting room, that comes with coffee/water refreshment, and entertainment (TVs, play area) Once seen by the nurse/physician, they also treated me with the utmost kindness and respect, being thorough with the information they provided and initiating cheerful conversation. I went in on a Saturday morning and it was my first time here. Front desk staff was very friendly and I was seen almost immediately. Everyone was professional and thorough.
I was loudly made fun of behind the paper thin closed door by all nurses on shift, & then berated and bullied to my face by those who entered the room. I filed a complaint but they closed the case, without speaking to me, because my chart shows I received adequate care. So if you want to be belittled and receive absolute bottom tier care, where the doctor will roll his eyes at you for asking for medication after sitting through a dehumanizing visit, this is the place for you!
