Excellent place to get medical attention. Nurses and receptionists very pleasant. Coffee bar helps while you wait.
I went there for leg pain in my early pregnancy & was ordered a stat ultrasound for DVT check -negative. At 6.5 months pregnant my leg pain continued to worsen & bubbles of blood pooling on the surface of my lower legs appeared in multiple locations of lower leg. This particular visit, I sat & waited for 3 hours to be called back checked in & seen by a Dr, the PA who “seen me” was a red head & glasses. To celebrate the loss of the premium tax credit, they raised my most recent bill by 50% without warning or reason. Nice job.
I always receive prompt and professional care at RRH urgent care. Very little waiting time and the waiting room.The staff is professional. They also have an x ray machine on location. I have been misdiagnosed several times at the other place which I will not name.
