I did come later at night, almost within a before close; but everyone was so nice! I had someone helping me and taking my vitals within less than 10 min of arriving!
Made two trips to center over last three weeks; staff take care of me promptly; gave me immediate attention; listened thoroughly and provided the necessary treatment that I needed; thought everyone acted professionally ; over the past few years, the center has maintained a high level of standards when it comes to meeting the patients needs;
Just seems to be an extra step and waste of time. Every instance in which I have gone here for help, they perform triage and then send a provider in to say we cannot help you. Go to the emergency room. Claim they couldn't even write a prescription for hydroxyzine... which is not a controlled substance. I've been in urgent cares before that partially removed a severely ingrown toe nail and then sent me home with a referral, pain medicine, and antibiotics!
