Just had new windows installed in our home. I didn't anticipate the difficulty I'd have as a senior in remounting the hardware for our window coverings (honeycomb shades). Called the people we purchased the shades from to see if they could help. Not a surprise that their install team was too busy to get this done for us anytime soon. But they recommended Pulse. We are absolutely thrilled with our electric blackout blinds! Matt installed them in our bedroom and our baby’s room, and we couldn’t be more impressed. First time using Matt and he arrived on time and fixed 2 of my blinds - one concertina and the other venetian. We really appreciate being able to fix what we have, rather than replace. I only wish I'd known about this business sooner. Matt was punctual, pleasant and efficient. The cellular blinds are wayyyy brighter. The kitchen blinds are smooth to touch, with no kitchen grease stickiness. Knowing how easy and reasonably priced this service is, we will absolutely be repeat customers.
