We are absolutely thrilled with our electric blackout blinds! Matt installed them in our bedroom and our baby’s room, and we couldn’t be more impressed. Their repairman Matt arrived ahead of schedule (for this CAF Veteran that's a huge plus!) and was respectful, professional and skilled. He repaired my blind on site efficiently and on budget. The staff I originally spoke to was very familiar with every aspect of the business and was pleasant to deal with, from the get go. I highly recommend Pulse Blind Works to anyone needing their blinds repaired. 5 stars should have been 10.
I was very happy with the service Matt provided. I was pleasantly surprised how quickly he was able to come and see our blind, identify the problem and fix it. It did take a couple of visits but there was no extra charge for having to come back. It saved us having to get a new blind, thankfully. Matt is a reliable, professional and respectful person. I highly recommend him.
