I was having trouble installing a few blinds that needed adjustments. Matt contacted and visited me to make these adjustments and intall the blinds within an hour. I highly recommend him for prompt, efficient, competent and friendly service. Definitely will call them back for future service. Great !!
Had our blind repaired last week. Found Matt most knowledgeable with our product and was very happy in the end with the repair results. Would recommend them to anyone as they stand by their workmanship and have many years of experience.
Just had new windows installed in our home. I didn't anticipate the difficulty I'd have as a senior in remounting the hardware for our window coverings (honeycomb shades). Called the people we purchased the shades from to see if they could help. Not a surprise that their install team was too busy to get this done for us anytime soon. But they recommended Pulse.
