This place is closed. Put in an order for my son's birthday and went to pick it up. The place looked like there hasn't been a soul inside for a while.
So disappointed I order my cupcakes for my daughter 10 bday. Went to pick them up and there was a paper on the door about them having COVID. Not even a phone call or email by then for i could go look for something else. I’ve been calling everyday since July 29 and have not gotten a phone call back. It’s been more than a month and nothing. I want my money back. I will never go back to this place.
They are never OPEN don't waste your time
I placed a cupcake order for my gender reveal. She was so helpful and I also had already paid for the cupcakes. I was suppose to pick them up 6/25 and when I arrived there was a sign at the door saying to call or email for existing orders. I called and emailed it's been 2 weeks and still no response from them. So unprofessional!! I better get my full refund. This use to be my favorite cupcake bakery, but after this terrible experience I will go elsewhere.
