Dave with Blue route is an exceptional employee. I've been riding with Dave for four years and he always goes above and beyond to get students to school and to their destination. In particular he has waited for students who were literally running late, and given directions on how to navigate the transit more times than I can count. Additionally, the PT dispatch is always helpful when I call to ask if I've missed a bus. Thank you Pullman Transit

I used the service to commute to work at WSU and was never late because of their regular reliable service. I found the drivers to be personable and understanding when the passenger numbers allowed them to be and forceful when they needed passengers to accommodate specific rules designed to keep the buses running. Positives: the drives are helpful to the school children who need to ride to bus. They are friendly and have a good knowledge of the routes to help you find your way. Concerns: On some routes the management needs to plan out the times better. For instance the blue route could benefit from a second bus. The route is simply to long for the drivers to make the distance according to the scheduled times. They are confronted with an impossible expectation but are doing their best to meet it.

The express routes are often a very fast way of traveling to and from campus. Busses can become too full to pick up passengers at peak times at stops nearer to campus, but this seems to be improving year after year as they add more express shuttles.

people who comment negatively on this service clearly haven't been to other cities. Compared to some other transit systems, this one is relatively timely, fairly easy to track, friendly, cheap and CLEAN. The only thing is that Pullman construction can really mess things up during the summer, so prepare for that if that is something you're considering. For those who are waiting forever for their bus, USE THE TRACKER. That thing is a lifesaver.
