Took over our HOA's treasurer position a year ago. Asked a simple question to Rachel Pulliam and her front desk staff to confirm the tax filings she did for our HOA in 2022 and 2023. Front desk person was nice, but never delivered. Rachel never responded to multiple email or voicemail messages. Very poor customer service and others I've talked with outside of our HOA who have worked with Rachel expressed the same. Keep shopping if you're looking for a CPA. Otherwise, you won't be happy with this firm.
Kristi Thiel is a life saver! I came to her with a handful of problems that felt too big for me to handle. From having worked there for nearly two years before moving away, I can say that all the people at the company are fantastic accountants and CPAs who have an in-depth knowledge of tax and financial matters.
