Incredible customer service from start to finish! Found them via an ad on Instagram, and went to visit the showroom in Framingham. Danny was super helpful walking me through some questions about delivery and possibly disposing of my old couch. Fell in love with a couch from Article and had it delivered with the white glove service. Danny walked me through delivery and kept me in the loop all the way till day of delivery. Would highly recommend and use again!
Pull Up a Couch delivers customer satisfaction! Salespeople were helpful without being pushy, the couch we purchased is very nice - and price was quite competitive. Timing on delivery was excellent - came in quicker than expected. Delivery team let me know when the delivery was coming - then gave me an hour window as well on delivery day. The white glove team were on time, professional, very careful and pleasant to deal with. Great work Pull Up a Couch!!
