A few days ago we had a closing with the attorney Hanzel Batista, who was refer as a Buyer attorney, he supposed to be there with my client during her closing process but his paralegal Mariana was there for him, my client noticed some inconsistencies when she was trying to go over with the documents definitely can say this paralegal was not prepared, couldn't even answer a simple questions. Recent experience with this company they're the title company for my seller. Due to their ineptitude have delayed my closing for more than 3 months. They do not return phone calls to my seller's attorneys, they ignore emails. Think quite frankly are just the worst
