If they phone is even answered, clueless and rude people answer. We are paying taxes on personal property, things we own, for things that don't apply to us. It is completely unnecessary and frustrating that they can take so much money of ours for things that don't apply to us. Terrible, unprofessional customer service and unnecessary taxes. When you do try to pay what we are forced to, everyone is rude and unhelpful.
Very nice security guard he makes you feel very welcome and the ladies are so helpful!!!!!
