Vashon branch has always provided me lots of personal help. Love them. Real people at a desk.
I had the pleasure of working with Branch Manager Sandy Gilliam today on some complicated notary items for multiple signers. Even though the branch was down two employees, Sandy took our group in and notarized nearly a dozen documents for us. She was patient, never made us feel rushed and was very helpful with account and routing numbers when needed. The customer service was fantastic and it made me really appreciate the personal connection with local banks and how much easier it is to do business with them. Thanks Sandy!!
