had a terrible experience with this branch and the people who work here. ordered a new card on may 6th, was told it would only take a few days to receive it and signed paperwork to get it delivered within an hour of receiving the document on the 6th. however Jeaneen Bauer apparently “missed” my email that i explicitly stated was time sensitive and was dishonest with me about how long it would take for my card to arrive and where it was in the mail. i called panicking on the 18th and was told the card had just been ordered on... read more
