I have never once had an issue. Seeing all the reviews on how bad and rude the service is baffles me, as they have always been really nice and helpful for me.
Honestly I can't be more disappointed. Besides having a huge mark up on the prices. The staff don't know anything about vapes. Two times I called on different occasions asking to put a vape aside as I was sending someone to pick it up besides the low stock I can look past that. But not knowing the difference between a disposable flavor beast max and a level x flavor Beast pod it's crazy to me. I've went here for a while but eventually got fed up with them never having what I want in stock, they also charge more than everywhere else. Do yourself a favor & go to "Bay Robert's Vape Shop" instead....
Staff is so friendly and love to help find what is best for you and your taste always a great experience when I go inside
