Repeatedly try calling the shop and when they finally do pick up the phone they hang it up immediately! This was between 10:00 a.m. and 11:40 a.m. Beyond rude and unprofessional! They just lost a possible sale/customer.
I walked a total of 45 minutes to get to this store only to be there a total of 5 minutes during that time the associate working there asked me what I needed about 3 times and I just wanted to look around and pick up some fun stuff... I felt very uncomfortable and racially profiled... and I could tell he couldn't care less about my experience. I was looking for lighters intentionally and he told me there were none and I found one immediately after looking around....(Mind you it's a smoke shop...). I did end up making a few p... read more
Just called twice to see if they still sell pure essential oils and bede's. The worker answering the phone was totally incoherent. This happened 9/25 at 4pm. Apparently these people are high on the job. Such a shame. As I always use to go to and loved this shop.
