Bus driver got it back up to 3 stars. Was one star because of Lady at the desk...Catch up to current times and make your staff use critical, logical thinking. If someone clearly has a logged in Medicare gov and proof of their Medicare card, it should not be required to have paper. Some people don't carry those documents around just like a social security card. Because it is PAPER not a card and they get DAMAGED. Disrespectful I just wanted a daily pass and the main desk lady was very rude and unhelpful saying it was cash only and had to be purchased on the bus when there is no ATM on site Google said they could be bought at both the front counter and the bus would rate 0 stars if possible
Remember you can’t get transfer and main transit center wow whoever came up with that one you stupid. They can’t let buy a ticket at the transit center but you can buy any other pass. Doesn’t make sense but ok. They have zero change at the transit center also doesn’t make sense. Lady are very rude and not helpful. Besides can’t get transfer ticket from the bus because it is at the transit center. The bus drivers don’t know why them self that’s pretty bad.
