The bus from bessemer guy was great and friendly. The bus to by Elizabeth is was told to stop talking to the other passengers bc I have a naturally loud voice and didnt realize I was talking too loud until the driver got overwhelmed b. She apparently can't hear her radio over the passengers several feet behind her and she sounded upset like frustrated. So just dont talk if you might be loud. Bc you'll feel like a piece of crap and like you dont belong anywhere or like you're allowed to talk to anyone else.
Very unprofessional to not answer phones when a customer is trying to call about a bus that says it's departed your location but you have been standing there for 20 mins and haven't seen it
