I'm a resident of the Pueblo Regent located at 100 San Carlos Rd., here in Pueblo. I've lived here since March 13, 2019. It is a very good place to live, but here of late the meals served here are sub-standard. Many of the meals with beef, pork, chicken and turkey are okay but at times the meat is so tough and stringy it's not fit to eat.
