UPDATE : I called to inquire why my case had not moved forward and discovered that the file that was sent over in spring had not even been reviewed as of the end of September and I should be hearing an update regarding the next steps once all of the evidence and videos and documentation and statements are reviewed . I am a victim of domestic violence, and I provided video evidence of the assault, photographs documenting my injuries and bruising, and a detailed timeline supported by evidence. There is also nearly an hour of video documenting my ex-husband badgering and provoking me, including him making statements that he would accuse me of things I did not do and attempting to make false claims against me. The DA’s office has been no assistance to my family and I as victims. They fail to communicate and leave us in the dark (currently 5-6 weeks since last communication). We have attempted to reach out numerous times through calls and email with zero responses.

My Ex girlfriend abused my son & I for a year. Tihraqa Braima took the case and then proceeded to drop the case. He cited legal YouTube videos that I made as a reason this woman can abuse me. YouTube videos with no threats. This former defendant has doxxed me repeatedly, and nobody does a thing. They just don't care. They refuse to call me back. I've called each of them 5 times. Non existent customer service!
