I attended Pueblo Community College for about one to two years (2021-2023) pursuing an Associate of Applied Science in Behavioral Health with an Addiction Recovery emphasis. My goal was to use this degree to enter PCC’s Medical Sonography program, which is the only program in Colorado that allows students to use financial aid for sonography. Went here to get my teeth cleaned and examined. They did a great job
They were sending bills in the mail to my mom‘s house. Didn’t call me once and now I have one month to pay $1200 or they’re sending it to collections. I called and asked for a payment plan even just one month extension so I could pay them and they said no they take advantage of people who are young and don’t have money. It cost nothing to give somebody extra time to pay off the bill
Financial advisors and academic advisors have zero communication skills with teachers, had to come back 4 different times because they didn't want to "disturb" the teacher while I was there and constantly had to talk with the welding teacher Catlin Davis who doesn't have a clue how to actively return calls or actually communicate with others instead I had to wait over a year to get a response back only for it to be last minute, so I was rushed to try and pick a class when I only have one week to register for anything.
