As a student of PCC and a former student of TSJC (Trinidad State Junior College), I am deeply disappointed by the culture of Pueblo Community College. Their instructors couldn’t care less about the success or wellbeing of their students. Many have made themselves entirely unreachable, opting not to post a phone number or email address. I had a great experience at Pueblo Community College, thanks to the dedication and support of the faculty and staff. PCC truly lives up to its mission of being a student-focused institution. Being a student-focused institution means you go out of your way to help students, and they did that for me. My experience with the online CCC program was extremely disappointing. The platform was difficult to navigate, and despite withdrawing within the required timeframe, I was still charged for classes. Additionally, I did not receive any support or accommodations for my PTSD, which made the experience even more challenging.
