Awesome clean place.
I first got a cake they would not write 3 letters on. I insisted further…both employees replied no (due to not sticking because of outer design). I told them it was fine. I would write it myself. Checking out with over $ 300.00 groceries, I told the self-checkout person I was going to use their restroom as we made eye contact. No reply. I continued to proceed to Floral since Publix bathrooms are usually located in the front either on the Floral side or the opposite of the front door. I couldn’t find it. Me and my client visits every week and absolutely love the professionalism from everyone and how well the store is very clean, neat and organized.
This store is generally ok. The ABWs in the bakery and deli are pretty difficult to interact with though, always an attitude. It’s best to order online so you dont have to talk to them. Order early too, because its not going to be made until they feel like it, not the quoted time. I'd say this store is closer to a Walmart in terms of service than a Publix.
