This is a very nice, clean and friendly Publix. I swear at least 4 employees told me to have a great Sunday. I know that may seem small or insignificant to some but it means a lot to me. I appreciate those gestures. I came in for 5 items left with 15 but was in and out in less than 20 minutes. I love that they have a register at the 2nd entrance by pharmacy...it provides choices. I would definitely come back to this Publix again.
I waited in line for 35 minutes without any assistance. About five minutes after I got in line, the manager, Doll, informed everyone that the person making subs had stepped away. During that time, Maria was the only one preparing pickup subs and repeatedly called out for help because she was handling everything by herself. Pharmacy doesn’t call or tell you when they don’t process your prescriptions. It’s goes from pending to archived with zero explanation. They used to call and see if you’d prefer a similar version or if you needed to reach out to the doctor. Now, there’s zero communication. Publix use to be my favorite store and pharmacy but the efforts they go for their customers is not what it used to be for sure.
