Home away from home! Every birthday I have 1 or two cakes made at publixs amazing bakery
Great location. Always impeccably clean and we'll stocked. Staff are always pleasant.
Waited 20 minutes after the pick up time for my online sandwich order. Only reason I even got it was because I walked up to the counter after the lunch rush and my ticket was hanging right behind the 6 or 7 people behind the counter. Half the people at the deli meat line were people whose online order was not fulfilled. I don’t know what they’ve got going on but never had this problem, this is by far the worst Publix experience I’ve ever had.
Susan your cashier needs to be retrained or re certified in customer service.
