My fave grocery store
Bought eggs that were rancid and sour. I expected a quick refund for a clear perishable-food issue, but instead I got the runaround over about $10 and has been over a month now. Multiple contacts (Cody and Nathan store managers) made the process unnecessarily difficult and would not issue a simple refund back to the original card, steering me toward extra steps and store credit.
