When I'm in public, I often go to Publix for some food, victuals, and the what not.
Clean store, friendly staff. However 3 times out of 4 when I have ordered a sub on the app and showed up at the scheduled pick up time it hasn’t been ready. 35 min should be enough time to make 6” sub. Called in my prescription at 9a.m, arrived at 4pm and it wasn’t ready. I was told they were “backed up” 7 hours should be enough time. Wendell Falls Publix can’t get out of its own way.
I usually only show up for lunch dates with the hubby or for no cooking nights for dinner options. I love the fresh made subs, the hot bar has perfect options as well. The breads are always fresh when I visit for subs, the employees are always so kind and willing to help. Also, Publix in general carries lots of different spices for our families cooking needs. Its all around a perfect, clean and welcoming location.
They make fantastic subs and they have a wonderful bakery!
I went to the deli to get some individual fried chicken pieces and sides. Flies everywhere. The food was barely covered, and there was a fly in the macaroni, which had like one serving left. The deli staff acted as if it was normal, and the customer service was lacking. I spoke with the manager of the store, and his response was that he was going to pass the issue up the chain.
