Very disappointed with the customer service at the Deli. April and the other lady working with her were both unhelpful and had a bad attitude. They did not seem happy to assist customers, and the experience was very unpleasant. I expected better customer service from Publix.I won’t be coming back to this location.
The worst customer service experience I’ve had at Publix. The lady in the deli, April, was extremely rude and unhelpful. I was very disappointed with the way I was treated. Customer service should be respectful and welcoming, and unfortunately, that was not my experience. To make matters worse, they were laughing as I left.
