Employees are great, the store is neat and everything was easy to find.
This store doesn’t even deserve a one star. I just wanted to grab a gallon of milk and the managers were standing at the front door. It was only 9:58 PM and they would not even let me come in to purchase that. When I left, I was frustrated and they were on their cell phones laughing about it. I’ve been shopping with Publix for 30 years. I will not be coming back. Obviously Publix has gone downhill. As far as customer service. They don’t mind charging their customers high prices that’s for sure.
Busy supermarket, not as nice as the one on Hillsborough, Gunn, or in Westchase, but it serves well. Deli is awesome.
