Management is not enforcing the "no dogs allowed" policy. There were two dogs in the store today, that were clearly not service animals.
Every time I come, the managers just stand around in the front, not helping anybody. Nobody asks to help bring your stuff out to the car anymore, half the time there's not even a bagger to help bag. I asked a manager for help to my car and instead of helping he went to find someone who was 20+ years older then him to do it. This is not Publix's standards
