Made an order 36 hours in advance to pick up a small platter of subs at 7:45 am got there at 7:50am and I was told they put it down for 8:30. Manager refused to look at this email where the time clearly states 7:45am and kept saying “well idk what to tell you our system said 830” it’s always something with this location…. Management needs to step up here or corporate should start looking into it. I was late for my event and once the food did come out it was sloppily made.
