I purchased meat on Friday 11/7/25 with a sell buy date of 11/12/25 for dinner on 11/9/25. When I opened the package on Sunday the meat was rotted and smelled. Very disappointing. Especially for the price. I expect more from Publix. I will not visit this location again.

They need to update their online ordering system. Why wait 25 minutes after I placed my deli order should be ready to tell me you didn't have the item? I ordered meatball sub at 12:50 for pick up at 1:20 and they called me at 1:15 to tell me they had no meatballs.
Bakery quality control issue: I ordered a cake for a birthday party using the online app. The birthday person does not like chocolate cake. Only vanilla. So I ordered a vanilla cake in the online ordering system. Then I went a step further and in the special notes I wrote “cake flavor: VANILLA”. Then went I went to go pick it up, I asked the Publix bakery to confirm that it was a vanilla cake. They looked at it, said, yes it’s a vanilla cake.
