So I ordered my son’s first birthday cake from Publix bakery, On a Wednesday and it was supposed to be picked up the following Sunday at 9 AM I got there around 9:20 ready to pick up the cake and the bakery tells me they don’t have it and to check my call log, They kept arguing with me that I didn’t have the call that I made to them when I did and I showed them that and she claimed that it wasn’t their number so I called it in front of her, And she said that’s our bakery, but that’s not our number, And then she went through ... read more
