This was my first time in this Publix and it's really nice. I popped in on the way home to just grab some wine and cheese, and I dropped the wine bottle. One employee ran over to make sure I was OK, and was really nice. Someone that looked like a manager, and a couple other people, came over after and scanned my new bottle so they knew which one it was before starting to clean it up.
