Our family had a pleasant shopping experience for the chili that we are going to make for game night this evening. As always, the staff is very friendly and engaging. Heather was a delight when we checked out. She was extremely friendly and efficient. The girl that handed us the cookies for my daughters also did it with a happy smiling face. This was just an overall pleasant experience and we will continue to be Publix fans!!
Ordered 3 sandwiches online at 7:20pm for 7:50 pickup. Showed up at 7:47 asked about my sandwiches. The gentleman worker showed me the chilled case they put ordered sandwiches in, nothing there. They were not busy at all. 4 people in deli. No one making any sandwiches or cutting meat or cheese. First they said I must have ordered them at another store as they had nothing.
