I just about shop there every day and I love the specials from the deli. Great sandwiches and foot long is usually on sale.

I visited this Publix today at 210 pm during severe weather to get lunch. I was the only one in line at the deli. I waited over five minutes without any acknowledgment or even a simple 'I'll be with you shortly.' After few more minutes I decided to leave and walked over to the front-end to share my experience, the young employee pointed me to the customer service desk and repeatedly told me to go there for a manager—without any greeting, apology, or empathy.
