Love this Publix. The only one I have visited that the employees greet you where ever you see them in store. Manager Scott really cares if there is an issue and readily takes action to make it right.
This is a great store well stocked with all my favorites BUT, they have way too many self check out lanes and often only one real cashier Personally, I go there to shop not work and refuse to bag my items …They need to open more real cashiers as the last time I was there I waited 15 minutes to get thru the only open lane with a cashier …not good !!
Never in my entire 31 years of life on Earth have I felt so disrespected and uncomfortable than today when I had the unfortunate experience of being accused of stealing a water bottle in the checkout line right after I scanned it.
