I really want to shout out the store manager Will, a couple of weeks back I noticed a lady had dropped fruits on the floor ( it was a mess and someone could've trip on that) I saw Will and mentioned about it and offered to help clean, he immediately jump tonthe area and when I looked he was just picking everything up with bare hands and I said Sr I help you and he said I got it. I just want to say not a lot of managers would've act the same way. He really took care of it without hesitate. Thank you.
A huge store, probably the biggest Publix I've shopped at. The deli sub sandwich makers here are exceptional every time, they all deserve a raise for excellent customer service in a fast-paced dept. I pick one up every week for my elderly Mom and they always gladly cut it into smaller pieces for her and stuff it full of veggies- some of the other locations around here should send their incompetent deli employees here for customer service training- to learn how it's done!
