Not the same friendliness experience/expected from Publix. This store seems to be on the decline in service. Usually if an item does not ring up correctly it is free, however the female on duty so bluntly and matter of fact lying said they could enter the information, then asked if I wanted her to remove it from my order. No empathy at all. I visit Publix at least 3 times per week. Yes I have receipts. The look on her face when she came around and saw me let me know s h e was not going to make any adjustments.
