I had a horrible encounter with a supervisor by the name of Marlene. She did not have any understanding of the issue I was having in the store. The issue was regarding a couponing issue which I had to go to another Publix where another manager rectified the problem! A big inconvenience that I had to deal with getting off work.
I literally never write bad reviews or even reviews in general... but I am absolutely fed up with shopping here. Everyone that works at the deli is either outrageously rude or ignorant. They take forever to make sandwiches, constantly ask me to repeat myself, and all of the hot case food is always stale no matter the time of day. Today, I was waiting in line and was not only skipped over by the deli employees THREE TIMES but ACCUSED of skipping another customer who had very clearly approached the line after I had arrived. A staff member almost ran over a customer walking out, and then almost hit another vehicle speeding out of the parking lot. Do better silver Toyota 72XXXX. Bad representation, could have hurt someone.
