Ordered a chicken tender wrap with the Publix app 4/10 to pick up at 5:40pm, and yeah it was right on time, because they did whatever pleased them with my wrap and not following what I put in the order. Not toasted, the driest wrap ever no sauces (and I selected 3), the thing looked so sad and flaccid, 3 bites in and I only had empty wrap to eat. I am so disappointed that I cannot rely on online ordering now with the fear of this happening again. Terrible lunch, worst $10, bad taste in mouth.
