Good friendly service and didn't take long to get my food
In Tennessee you can purchase 1 item at half price if it's on BOGO and you don't need 2. Asked why they don't do it here and was told "because we have competition there and don't in Florida". Crazy! They still make the same money and end up with a happy customer but they would rather not carr about customer satisfaction. This is completely against the founders principal when he started Publix.
This is not the Publix where I usually shop and I doubt if I will shop there again. The young man at the deli counter was extremely helpful and friendly. However, the cashier was argumentative. She started off complaining about my having put Granny Smith apples in the same plastic produce bag with Gala apples. Then she kept saying that I only had four sale items when I actually had five, but she rang up six. Next ,she tried to charge me for three individual items when they were buy two, get one free. Mein persönlicher lieblings Public. Alt und bewehrt! Eine ganz eigene Stimmung herrscht hier vor und es ist immer übersichtlich, ordentlich und sauber. Ich hoffe es bleibt noch lange so erhalten.
