Publix has changed so much everywhere. The Managers sit up by the doors chatting while customers are lined up in the only 2 lanes opened. Doesn't sit well and you can here people in line saying this is ridiculous. What happened to their saying we open a lane when we see a line so you dont have to wait? Nope they just sit up by the front doors showing their phones,chatting and laughing. For their overpriced products they should have better line service like they used to.
This store has possibly the worst deli in the Oviedo area. The soups etc.are never maintained there either empty or burnt or both. This was at 12:00 and 4 p.m. the busiest times of the day. It's usually the same with the hot case burnt or empty. So if you want something good and hot don't go here.
