Ordered a sub online 45 minutes before arriving with a pickup time of 8pm, when I finally got there, my food was not made and the station to make subs was being cleaned and shut down for the day, I don’t see a point in ordering online if orders do not get made, not the first time this has happened to me at this store either

This is a fancy Publix. Upstairs place to eat. Clean. HUGE selection at the deli. Very impressive
