Very disappointed in my nephews' first holy communion cake. Spoke to the bakery manager twice on the phone and she basically "explained" the issues away. The cannoli filling was flavorless and clearly cut with whipped cream to make it easier to spread. Look at how amateurish the writing is in the attached photo. I was told it was because it's because it was whipped cream but was never advertised that this would be an issue when I ordered the cake with her in person.
