Be very careful when you get your prescription renewal. Toady a picked up a prescription renewal they didn't inform me they changed to a generic. The technician just said, "this goes to generic by default" and we don't take them back. They are awful in customer service, and they are not open to help with THEIR MSITAKES treating patients like they are receiving medication for free. They just play with patient's health. BE VERY CAREFUL

I paid for 44$ of groceries and received 31 $ worth of groceries I’m missing an entire bag . I went directly to my car after purchase no pit stops with my groceries and receipt. I’m really busy and working tomorrow so as usual when the food is substandard or charged for items I didn’t receive I’ll eat the bill! Thanks Publix

Terrible to get off of the roadway or onto the roadway to even shop. Customer service sucks. No one says hello, how are you doing, can I help you? Expired crap on counters and bins. Self check out lady was dismissive; not friendly at all. The folks at the Publix on Atlanta Highway should step up their game. I walk up and down the aisles and see poor product merchandising. I ordered a specialty cake for 50th Class Reunion. When I picked it up Saturday, I couldn’t believe it! Looked like a Kindergartner decorate this cake. The icing didn’t cover the cake. When we cut the cake it was definitely so dry, nobody ate it! The cakes I have ordered in the past have always been delicious! Not a good time to have this happen!

Don’t shop here unless you want to be given an attitude by a store employee a store manager, who is extremely clueless. I had a problem with the guy tonight. I don’t work for this company. I was calling about an Instacart order and you know the funny thing is they’re supposed to know in the front. If you even have an order, they told me I probably have the wrong Publix. The manager of this store, I don’t know if a guy‘s name nor do I really care the store manager is absolutely inappropriate in every way shape and form. He wanted to argue with me on the phone. The guy put himself on the phone when I told his employees, I don’t know how to do their job. I told him I used to work for Publix. This is the worst Publix and I stress this to anyone that shop at this Publix. Listen to Walmart got all the same stuff this public. This manager was such a not good person that it’s not even funny if I could say 1 million things about this Publix I would say 1 million negative things. Working at any pharmacy can be hectic as dealing with 'sick people' and long lines can be stressful. Not sure if the employees working here are 'actual employees of Publix' but thinking they probably are. Of all of my visits here to pick up prescriptions, your employees working here were not at all friendly, condescending and frequently ignoring the people waiting in line all together for what ever reason. I have written several reviews since our store opened in Maryville. They have all been about bread, specifically, White Mountain bread. I am giving this review four stars, as the bread has not improved at all, as you can see by the photo. I believe bread has to be made like this: First, mix the ingredients, then let it rise. Punch down, knead & let it rise again for the 2nd time. Punch down, cut the mixture into the sizes you want, put them in baking pans & let rise for the 3rd time. Bake.
