I’ve experienced superior customer service from Lenny at the bakery section. I was shopping with my baby who was having A fit because he loves apple juicy juice and there were no more on the juice aisle, Lenny took it upon himself to go through the bottom of the boxes to find me the last 8. He was very determined and the fact he showed empathy towards my son’s need was amazing. We need more guys like Lenny, and he deserves A higher pay!

10/19/2025 Whoever is in charge of their sub making / deli manager needs to pay more attention to their employees. This is the third time now where "my order" was not received. This store consistently is late and the employees making the sandwiches rather talk amongst each other instead of fulfilling orders. Either move the employees or replace them. It's 8:15pm on a Sunday; it's empty. Barely ever have chicken in stock and they raised their prices more than whole foods and fresh market. Go to whole foods or fresh market. 3/... read more

It was good but they had only two registers open at the time I went around 8:15pm. No self check out available. No customer service clerk available to pay there as usually Publix have. I had only two items.
