They constantly under cook their oven roasted ready to eat hot chicken. Worse, they put the cooked side toward the window so that you think that it is cooked through and the under cooked side where you can't see that it never got cooked. I have had to throw out more chickens then I could count. Of course they say bring it back and they refund the money, but gas, time out, etc. is not worth it. I will not buy it anymore because Publix can not be trusted.
