Any time we shop here, we find customer service is efficient, professional, and pleasant. The aisles are clean and are organized that makes it easy to find what you're looking for. Prices are fair considering the increases everywhere. Love this store!
When my husband told the store manager that he felt he was treated rudely , the store manager responded with " Don't shop in my store...go to Wal Mart to do your shopping". This was said loudly in front of other customers and on camera. I am absolutely shocked that corporate would allow such a person to be in a management position . My high opinion of Publix is shattered. I'll definately pass this exchange on to everyone I know.
