Highly disappointed with bakery. Ordered a sheet cake for my mom’s 85th birthday celebration a month in advance and Publix Rivergate chose not to write the birthday message on the cake as requested, but instead, to write a message that nobody saw on the bottom piece of cardboard that supports the cake. There was 1/2 a sheet cake worth of white icing on which to write the message and someone in the Bakery arbitrarily decided to write the message on the cardboard, which was gold so the message did not show up.
